Investigating Factory Built Housing

Our team went to Sacramento to visit a factory that builds homes indoors! No it's not "mobile" or "manufactured" homes we're after. It's "modular" homes or, officially, "Factory-Built Housing".

Once they're done they're moved outside to the parking lot. Since these have all the roof, exterior siding, windows installed, there's no need to shield them from weather. They do wrap the AC unit though for extra protection.
